~Struggles. Struggle is a word that can mean such different things to different people. We all have struggles, some big, some small. My struggle could be a major struggle in my life and could seem tiny to someone else. We all have them, we all go through them, and we all can learn something from it. I can assure you I have been through my fair share of my own struggles and hardships. When I really look back at the things I dealt with, it really has only gotten tough within the past 2 years. We all have different timelines of the battles we are faced with in life. They might all come at us within a years time or we might deal with them throughout 20 years or more. Now, this is kind of a big topic to talk about because imagine how many problems we have in our lives? The difference is, whats a problem and whats a struggle/hardship? Its a problem when I have a homework assignment due in an hour that I haven't started (which i'm totally guilty of), its a struggle/hardship when you lose a loved one. We also shows our hardships different from everybody. Some of us post it on Facebook just waiting to see people comment so they can talk about their struggles. Some keep them bottled inside and will never be comfortable enough to share it with people. We also choose how we want to deal with them. There are millions of people in this world that will go through a ton of struggles in their life, and they will choose to be knock down by them. They will make the decision to be taken down by these hardships and will crumble because of it. There are also people in this world that will go through hardships but instead of making it tear you down, they will choose to let this experience build them up. To make them build character and to change their life for the better. I have dealt with multiple loved ones passing away, but after I got through the days and weeks of crying and yelling at God, I decided to make these situations better me. I then decided to make sure I told my loved ones "I Love you" more often. I took those situations and spoke with God more, even if I was just speaking to him about how upset and mad I was. I was still talking. I made the decision to let these struggles strengthen me, in my faith, and as Ansley.

God sends us struggles exactly when we need them in life. We might think to ourselves "why is everything bad happening at one time?" Because God planned it that way. It might be hard and difficult to get through but every single thing God does is for a reason. Its for you and your life because his job is to look after you and lead you in life. Its hard to think about why does God allow bad things to happen to us but its to help us grow. To help us become stronger and grow deeper in our faith. When we have problems and struggles we try to find help in anything, or maybe we don't try to find help at all. Next time you are struggling and you go to all your normal resources such as, your friends, your family, materialistic things, sit back and think about where you put God on your list of resources. Was he first or last? It's hard to remember to go to him for things because life gets hectic and can be uncontrollable at times but God is the number one thing in life that is constant. He is always there, whenever we need him, and we always either take that for granted or we forget about it. Cherish your moments with him, even if it is you just telling him how mad you are. Cherish it. Call to him in your darkest and brightest times. Love him with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. ~
As always, keep your Eyes Wide Open and look towards the Lord.
The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid of? -Psalms 27:1
